The Trade Finance Limited Partnership Fund will be established as a small scale alternative fund under the Investment Funds Act of the Republic of Estonia.
The Trade Finance Limited Partnership Fund will be registered in the Estonian Commercial Registry and information about the established fund will be published on the website of the Estonian Financial Supervision and Resolution Authority.
The Trade Finance Limited Partnership Fund shall manage its own assets and it will target qualified professional investors while remaining within the thresholds foreseen by the IFA for small scale alternative investment funds
It shall be constituted by a Limited Partnership Agreement.
It will be managed by Trade Finance Capital OÜ, a limited liability company which is incorporated in Estonia and will be registered with the Estonian Financial Supervision and Resolution Authority and authorized by the Estonian Financial Intelligence Unit.
